The Sheet Pan Quesadillas Hack
When everyone wants a quesadilla at the same time, Tova’s got the hack: one huge, melty, sheet pan version you can slice and share.

Sheet Pan Quesadillas
1 package parve “ground meat”
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 and 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 and 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
oil spray
8 large tortillas or wraps
16 ounces shredded cheese
1 large tomato, diced
1 can corn, drained
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

What is pareve ground meat?
They sell "fake" ground meat that is either soy or pea-based and it looks like ground meat but it's parve. The reason she is using it, is because she wants to use real cheese.
