Meatball mixture
1 and 1/2 pounds ground beef
1/4 cup fresh breadcrumbs
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs, such as Gefen Bread Crumbs
1Â egg
salt
pepper
1 teaspoon Gefen Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/3 cup warm water

looks yum but the spaghetti looks dry is it possible to add more water???
Looks like that’s because of the photo… If you’re worried about the pasta being dry, you can cook it an extra minute and once it’s drained, you can add a couple Tbsp. of olive oil.
I love one-pan meals! I tried this recipe more than once. The spaghetti comes out really delicious after cooking in the meatball-infused tomato sauce, instead of being boiled in plain water. However, with this method the meatballs do not taste nearly as good, because the sauce is diluted significantly with the extra water required for the spaghetti. As convenient as this method is, I will have to return to cooking my meatballs in a pot so they can get the full flavor of the sauce.
