Just to be specific im planning to bake it till temp is 160 since I want it to be well done. Please let me know on what temp to put oven and how long to sear?
It depends on the size of your steak but sear it until it gets a nice crust and the temperature of their oven is 250F.
On what number was the oven on? Also, you seared it for one min per side,
is this correct?
