Hey could you say instructions for how long to bake it before smashing if I don't have a microwave?

If you don't have a microwave then I'd boil them first so that they get soft and then smash them.

Made three changes to recipe, one sprinkled bottom layer with flour AND seasoned panko crumbs this way no turning, two divided into fourths but still rolled out on one sheet this made four portions, three topped with arugula and light lemon vinaigrette this is definitely on repeat in my house!.

I microwaved leftoveres and it was ok. Of course it's allwasys better immediately from the oven, but it was also ok next day and microwaved.
