What’s with the gross non jewish music??
This is Estys choice. She gets to decide what music to put on. If you dont want to listen then you dont have to.
I believe it is actually added during the editing process and not something Esty was listening to at the time of the recording so this is a https://www.kosher.com issue that I am bringing up. They are a frum website and should be upholding certain standards
Yes, obviously it was made during the editing process, however, its not like the show is directed on the song. Its just a background music. I really dont think its a big deal. But of course we all have different standards, and i do agree with you that https://www.kosher.com should be more careful with that. But then again, its really not such a big deal. Obviously, this is my opinion and i am sorry if i insulted yours.
Is there something I can use instead of tofu?
we haven’t tested it, but if you want another vegan option instead of tofu, you can try tempeh. if you eat meat, you can for sure use chicken.

its delicious! we just tried it for supper and we all loved it! Its also delicious as a side dish without the tofu if your kids don’t like tofu. Thank you so much for your delicious recipes!
