Portobello Pizzas

There’s nothing like a classic pizza, but for a light and refreshing option, replace traditional pizza crust with portobello mushrooms. To make this as a party appetizer, use small baby bellas instead.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with Gefen Parchment Paper.

  2. Remove the mushroom stems from the caps and discard stems. Place caps face down on the baking sheet.

  3. Spray with oil and roast for five minutes. (Don’t skip this step, as roasting before adding the sauce and cheese results in crispier mushrooms.) Cover with tomato sauce and cheese. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.

  4. Roast until the cheese bubbles, about 15–20 minutes.
