My favorite part of the pizza is the crust, but the flour always drags me down. Even whole wheat. When I discovered this recipe, I was hooked!
1 large portobello mushroom, cleaned and dried
1/4 cup shredded cheese (I like mozzarella mixed with pepper jack or cheddar)
2–3 tablespoons Tuscanini Marinara Sauce
Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Put a layer of sauce on the mushroom, then a layer of cheese.
Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit until cheese is melted and a little toasted on top.
