2 tablespoons oil
2 chicken breasts, diced
1 clove garlic, crushed or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 medium onion, diced
1 green pepper, cut into half-inch strips
1/4 cup bean sprouts (optional)
6 eggs, beaten until frothy
3 cups cooked rice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
2 tablespoons Glicks Soy Sauce
Heat oil in skillet over high heat.
Add chicken and garlic and stir-fry for one minute.
Add onion, green pepper and sprouts and stir for two minutes.
Beat eggs, combine with rice, spices and soy sauce. Add to skillet.
Cook for five minutes until eggs are set and rice is thoroughly reheated.

How make it with meat If I want chicken & meat fried rice what meat would you suggest I use??

Chicken is raw. It is diced so fine that it will cook very quickly.
