Diets If you like broccoli salad, you’ll love this luscious dairy version.
3 cups broccoli florets
1/3 cup golden raisins
1/4 cup sweet onion, sliced and separated into rings
1/4 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons minced water chestnuts
1 tablespoon Kedem White Wine Vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
2 teaspoons sugar
3/4 cup or 1 small can Gefen Mandarin Oranges, drained
Combine broccoli, raisins, and onions in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine remainder of ingredients. Stir well.
Pour over salad and toss to coat. Cover and chill thoroughly.

Yes, just when defrosting them make sure to get rid of as much liquid as possible so your salad isn’t watery.
