Whipped feta is a really versatile little appetizer. Because it’s flavorful on its own, you can top it with lots of different basic veggies, like finely diced roasted beets, tomatoes, or fresh diced cucumbers and it’s a great bite. This time, I paired it with peaches and balsamic glaze. Watch more Victoria on 4 Amazing Things!
4 ounces Ta’amti Feta Cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 ripe but firm peach, finely diced
1/4 small red onion, finely diced
1 cube Gefen Frozen Basil
1 teaspoon Manischewitz Honey
In the bowl of an electric mixer, combine feta cheese and heavy cream. Whip until smooth and creamy. Add to a piping bag and pipe into individual miniware.
Meanwhile, combine peaches, red onion, basil, and honey.
Spoon over feta and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
