Sometimes the most impressive things on a Shavuot table are the ones that required the least amount of effort, which is fortunate, because there’s already enough cheesecake to think about. That’s exactly why these frozen rose garnishes are such a perfect Shavuot touch.

With just Tuscanini’s juices (Pomegranate, Mandarin, Blood Orange and Limonata), a rose-shaped silicone mold, and chilled Tuscanini non-alcoholic grape juice, you can create a drink that looks like you planned it weeks in advance, when really, the freezer did most of the work.

The frozen juice roses slowly melt into the grape juice, creating gorgeous color, refreshing flavor, and a presentation that feels effortlessly elegant for Yom Tov entertaining.

It’s the kind of detail that makes guests smile, and assume you’re far more ambitious than you actually had to be.
How to Make Rose-Shaped Frozen Juice Cubes
Ingredients:
-Tuscanini juice flavors of your choice (Pomegranate, Mandarin, Blood Orange and Limonata)
-Chilled Tuscanini non-alcoholic grape juice (Malvasia, Moscato, Rose')
-Clear serving glasses or goblets (for serving)
Directions:
Step 1: Prepare the Molds
Place your silicone rose molds on a tray or baking sheet so they stay level while freezing.
Step 2: Fill with Juice
Pour Tuscanini juice into each rose cavity, filling nearly to the top.
Step 3: Freeze
Transfer the tray carefully to the freezer and freeze for at least 6–8 hours, or until completely solid.

Step 4: Serve
Place one frozen juice rose into each glass.
Slowly pour chilled Tuscanini non-alcoholic grape juice over the top. The floral cubes will float and gradually blend their flavor into the grape juice while creating a striking presentation.

Enjoy!
