Theme: Shakshuka Kit
I love to send a practical Mishloach Manot that my recipient can and “will!” want to use right away! I am a huge advocate of serving a good hearty breakfast Purim morning, as the rest of the day can get kind of crazy and you never know when you will eat next! Sending a full breakfast ready to go is just perfect!
I love love shakshuka, but for years I hesitated to make it. Who has time to start sautéing onions, tomatoes, and garlic in the morning?? Until I discovered the idea of making this shortcut shakshuka! I like it so much! This is the only one I make these days even if I have a few extra minutes. It takes seconds to put together the Mishloach Manot. I personally used a cast-iron pan simply because I loved the rustic look. Lodge pans are actually quite inexpensive but of course if you want to be even more budget friendly you can use a wooden type plate or a small cheese board/cutting board which I found in the dollar tree.
