Some of you may remember a time when you actually couldn’t get certain products at different times of the year. There’s something nice about the excitement that comes along when something new appears on the shelves until it disappears until the next season.
Obviously, there is nothing inherently wrong with pumpkin spice in the summer or blueberries in the winter, but I think even when some items are technically available all year round, saving certain products for specific seasons keeps our cooking exciting.
This week we focus on pumpkin, the mascot of fall, and we couldn’t be more excited.
Happy Cooking!
