Tu Bishvat is such a beautiful holiday, but since it falls out on a regular work and school day, it can be a challenge to really feel it. That’s why I love finding ways to make it special—and this year, I’m going to Im Yertze Hashem set up a DIY Smoothie Station!

In this video, I’ll show you how cute it all came together. Whether it’s for a refreshing breakfast, an after-school surprise, or just an engaging way to pause and appreciate the delicious fruits Hashem has given us, this smoothie stand is a fun way to celebrate.
And the best part? Everyone loved it! The teens were all in, my little one was thrilled, and honestly—I enjoyed it just as much as they did. It’s an easy, delicious way to bring the spirit of Tu Bishvat into our day.

I used Beleaves frozen fruit because it has incredible flavor options including Dragon Fruit, Passionfruit, Sliced Banana, Mango, Apricot, and Pineapple. All bags are vacuum-packed to preserve freshness and take up minimal shelf space in the freezer. There are no artificial flavors and no GMOs.

Fruit I Used:
- Frozen apricot halves
- Frozen mango
- Frozen pineapple
- Frozen bananas
- Frozen passion fruit
- Frozen dragon fruit
- Frozen strawberries
- Pitted dates

Topping Ideas:
- Chia seeds
- Granola
- Slivered almonds
- Chocolate chips or cocoa nibs
- Coconut flakes
- Dried berries
Many people add diced fruit for toppings. However, I feel that there’s already enough fruit in the smoothie itself, so I skip adding more on top. Instead, I opt for toppings that add texture and crunch.
Drizzle Options:
- Peanut butter
- Chocolate hazelnut spread
TIP: To make peanut butter or almond butter runny, warm it up in the microwave or over a double boiler in a saucepan.

Squeeze bottles for sauces and drizzles (I cut the tip slightly using kitchen shears to widen the spout.)
Enjoy!
