Meat Dreidel
Dreidel, "meat" your Chanukah party presentation. Served on a lazy susan – go ahead, give it a spin. It's a guaranteed win!
You will need:
- Tirat Zvi Mini Turkey Kabanos
- Tirat Zvi Semi-Dried Cured Cooked Turkey Sticks
- Roast beef, cubed
- Smoked turkey, cut into thin strips
- Pastrami slices, rolled
- Sliced salami
- Curly lettuce (I used Spring Mix)
- Lazy susan (optional)
Directions:
Arrange meat on a lazy susan or cutting board in rows, in the form of a dreidel, as pictured. Stick some lettuce between each row of meat, for color and to fill out the shape.
