In honor of Parshat Noach we're sharing a super easy rainbow dessert for Shabbat. It requires under 10 ingredients and is a great kid-friendly treat.
You can use whatever colorful candies you like, but don't forget the adorable animal crackers- they're the perfect finishing touch.

Recipe:
Ingredients:
20 ounces white baking chocolate
Small piece of blue baking chocolate
Kedem animal crackers
Assorted rainbow candies (I used candy blocks, chocolate lentils, rainbow belts, and star candies)
White marshmallows
Colorful cereal
Rainbow Nonpareils or sprinkles

Directions:
1. Melt the chocolates in two separate metal bowls placed over a pot of simmering water (double boiler).
2. Line a 9x13 baking sheet with parchment paper and pour the melted white chocolate on it. Spread into a nice smooth layer.
3. Add a few dollops of blue melted chocolate and swirl with a toothpick.
4. Add the candies of your choice onto the melted chocolate, working quickly.
5. Freeze for 30 minutes before cutting or breaking into pieces.
