Every year I act surprised that Purim and Passover are only 4 weeks apart from each other.
I feel like the second Purim ends, my mind instantly shifts to Passover mode. I want to get rid of all the Purim chametz and start using up whatever I have laying around in my pantry and freezer.
If you can relate (and even if you can’t!), then this Shabbat menu will be perfect for you! It helps you use up all the odds and ends treats and snacks leftover from Purim and allows you to create a beautiful and full Shabbat meal for your family!
Happy cooking!
