Prepare the Salted Caramel Peanut Butter Popcorn Clusters

  1. Combine honey and sugar in a small saucepan, allow to cook together over medium heat, mixing occasionally. Bring to a boil and let boil for about five minutes. Remove from heat and mix in peanut butter, vanilla, and salt.

  2. In the meantime, on a lined baking sheet, spread popcorn, pretzels, peanuts, and cranberries. Spread honey mixture on top and mix well to coat.

  3. If using chocolate, place about 1/3 cup chocolate chips in a ziploc bag. Place that bag into hot water. When chocolate melts, snip a tiny hole in the corner of the bag and drizzle chocolate on top.

  4. Sprinkle with additional sea salt and coconut.

  5. Place in fridge to set.
