At home or on the road, any time is a good time to have an activity book (or two!) on hand for the kids. I keep a secret stash for days that call for a little something extra or in case I forget to get some entertainment for a trip. See a list of some of our favorites below!

1. Puffy stickers and reusable stickers

These puffy and reusable sticker pads are amazing for many ages. The kids keep busy rearranging pretend play scenarios for hours!

2. Mom I’m bored!

A book of dry-erase games like hangman, tic tac toe, and mazes.

3. Dot art books

Have a set of dot markers/paint? Looking for an activity for younger kids? Check out “dot art books.” The pictures in these coloring books are filled with dots that are the perfect size for dot markers. You can find them in a variety of themes and characters.

4. NG activity books

Looking for something a little more educational? Try National Geographic activity books. They come in an assortment of topics from ocean to sports and contain lots of facts and information as well as hours of fun activities!

5. Gel pen coloring book

Color intricate and fun designs with the included gel pens!

6. 50 states activity book

Perfect for the kid who’s curious about the world around them! Filled with fun and educational facts and games.
