Healthy, vegan, crispy, and fried – YUM! Ready in five minutes

1 package of extra firm tofu
corn starch or potato starch
oil, for frying
salt
garlic powder
sweet chili sauce, for dipping (optional)
ketchup, for dipping (optional)
Take the tofu out of the package and pat dry with paper towels.
Cut into small one inch chunks.
Put the chunks in a ziploc, pour in some cornstarch, and shake to coat well.
Fry the chunks in hot oil until golden on both sides.
Drain on paper towels, sprinkle some salt and garlic powder, and enjoy!
Dip in sauce of your choice.
