The pan might scare you, but this supper literally takes 15 minutes to cook! This is a perfect, gourmet dish that’s full of delicious flavor and ready in no time.
2 tablespoons oil
8 ounces sliced white mushrooms
1 yellow squash, sliced
1 cup snow peas, cut into chunks
1 and 1/2 pounds chicken breast, cubed
3 cubes Gefen Garlic
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
2 cups Gefen Israeli Couscous
2 and 1/2 cups water
2 tablespoons Lipton Onion Soup Mix
In a large frying pan, heat oil. Add vegetables and sauté for three minutes while stirring.
Move vegetables to the side of the pan. Add chicken cubes and fry them for five minutes until cooked through.
While frying, stir in garlic, salt, and pepper.
Remove vegetables and chicken from the pan.
Fry couscous in remaining oil (if there is none, add one tablespoon) for three minutes.
Stir in water and soup mix and cook over low heat until absorbed.
Stir in chicken and vegetables and serve.
