This recipe is the easiest go-to meat dinner. It is as soft as butter. You will be making this every night. All you need is a 9×13 tin and 3 simple ingredients to have your kids smiling from ear to ear and begging for more.
1 package minute steak (this recipe can make about 10 pieces)
2 small onions, sliced
Montreal seasoning
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place sliced onions on the bottom of a nine x13 tin.
Sprinkle both sides of the minute steak with Montreal seasoning and place it on top of the onions.
Cover tightly with foil and place in the preheated oven.
Bake for one and a half hours. Pairs well with rice and broccoli.

can it be made with rib steak?
My family & I all felt it needed MUCH more baking time. It came out chewy & medium-rare when I followed these baking instructions.
