Using puff pastry as a shortcut makes the quickest work of homemade breakfast.
17.3-ounces Gefen Frozen Puff Pastry Squares, thawed
1/2 cup Gefen Vanilla Sugar
Gefen Cinnamon (optional)
yogurt
cubed fruit
Preheat a waffle iron. Grease with Gefen Coconut Oil cooking spray.
Place one puff pastry square in the preheated waffle iron; top with two tablespoons vanilla sugar. Cook until golden brown, three to five minutes. Repeat with remaining puff pastry squares. Top with desired toppings.
