Diets A fun twist on classic pizza — crispy waffles topped with melty mozzarella, pizza sauce, and your favorite toppings. Perfect for kids and adults alike!
4 eggs
4 tablespoons oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil
1 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
3 cups Glicks Flour
1 and 1/2 teaspoons Haddar Baking Powder
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
2 cups shredded cheese
additional pizza cheese or favorite toppings
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, oil, and sour cream.
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until smooth.
Fold in the shredded cheese.
Preheat and lightly grease a waffle iron.
Pour batter into the waffle iron, then add pizza sauce, cheese, and desired toppings.
Cook until the waffles are crispy and golden.
Serve warm and enjoy!
