20 dates, pitted
1 jar hazelnut praline
1 cup Gefen Almond Flour
1 to 2 tablespoons Gefen Pure Maple Syrup
hazelnut brittle
In a food processor, place the pitted dates, hazelnut praline, almond flour, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth and until it forms a ball.
Remove the blade and roll the mixture into balls. Coat in hazelnut brittle or any other coating you like.
Keep in the fridge in an airtight container for up to seven days, or in the freezer for three weeks.
