Adina’s chicken wrap is both spicy and tangy. The two taste complement each other well. The chili lime spice and the zest of lemon is the key to this chicken recipe. With a spicy sauce spread around the wrap, this chicken wrap is full of amazing flavors you are sure to love.

grilled chicken
wraps
spicy mayo sauce
preferred vegetables (examples: shredded purple cabbage, sautéed sweet onion)
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 pound chicken cutlets, cut into strips
1 and 1/2 teaspoons chili lime spice (or to taste)
pinch of salt
pinch of pepper
zest of 1 lemon
1/2 cup mayonnaise
paprika, to taste
chili lime, to taste
cayenne pepper, to taste
juice of 1/2 lemon
Combine marinade ingredients in a bag. Add chicken pieces. Mix around to coat the chicken. (You can marinade for a few hours or use the chicken immediately.)
Heat a grill pan over high heat. Grill chicken pieces for three minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Mix spicy mayo sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
Spread spicy mayo sauce on a wrap. Add shredded purple cabbage, grilled chicken, and sautéed onions.
Wrap tightly and cut in half.
