Fried ravioli? Yes, fried cheese ravioli. Sounds deliciously decadent, but this version is baked in an air fryer, saving you all the calories from frying!

3 eggs, whisked
2 cups flour
2 cups Italian breadcrumbs, such as Gefen Bread Crumbs
12 premade cheese ravioli, frozen
Tuscanini Marinara Sauce, for dipping
Place the eggs, flour, and breadcrumbs in separate shallow bowls.
Working in batches, dip ravioli in the following sequence: egg, flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. Coat completely.
Place the ravioli in the air fryer basket in batches (five or six at a time, depending on size) and bake at 370 degrees for about 18 minutes, turning over halfway. Serve with warmed marinara sauce.
