Diets Eating dairy food is an important custom on Chanukah, so I had to include a classic Alfredo sauce, which is the epitome of dairy indulgence. On a scale from one to ten, I’d say this is a solid 17. When I served this sauce to my husband, who really appreciates his cheese, he said it was the best cheese sauce he had ever tasted! It’s cheesy, creamy, and oh so dreamy.
3 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup Glicks Flour
2 cups milk
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
salt, to taste
black pepper, to taste
Melt butter in a large frying pan.
