Diets Easiest recipe. Happens to be gluten-free, happens to be kosher for Passover, but I’ll eat it year-round. Oh, and did I mention you can make it without any refined sugar?! Added bonus.
1 cup Gefen Almond Butter
1/3 cup sugar or honey
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla or vanilla sugar
1/2 cup Glicks Chocolate Chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine the almond butter, sugar/honey, and egg. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix to combine. Press into an eight-inch square pan that you’ve oiled well or lined with Gefen Parchment Paper. (If batter is sticky, wet your hands to press it down).
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Allow to cool before cutting into squares.

Can I swap almond butter with peanut butter?
Yes! But then they won’t be Kosher for Passover 🙂
