Almond Butter Blondies (Gluten Free)

Easiest recipe. Happens to be gluten-free, happens to be kosher for Passover, but I'll eat it year-round. Oh, and did I mention you can make it without any refined sugar?! Added bonus.

Start Cooking

Prepare the Blondies

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Combine the almond butter, sugar/honey, and egg. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix to combine. Press into an eight-inch square pan that you’ve oiled well or lined with Gefen Parchment Paper. (If batter is sticky, wet your hands to press it down).

  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

  4. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
