Love caramel popcorn, but also love healthier snacks? This recipe is the perfect healthy treat. The almond-maple combo is so delicious it’ll be devoured in no time.
1/4 cup Haddar Natural Almond Butter
1/4 cup Gefen Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Gefen Vanilla Extract
8 cups air-popped popcorn
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a small bowl mix together the almond butter, maple syrup, oil, vanilla, and salt.
Put popcorn into a large mixing bowl and pour the almond butter mixture over it. Stir until all the popcorn is evenly coated. It’s easiest to mix using gloved hands to fully coat the popcorn.
Spread the popcorn mixture onto a large baking sheet lined with Gefen Parchment Paper.
Bake for about 12 to 15 minutes, until the popcorn is golden brown. Lower oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit if the popcorn starts to get dark too fast.
Remove from the oven and let the popcorn cool before serving.
