Diets This milkshake is almost identical to a peanut butter milkshake, but with a few distinctions: the flavor is nuttier, the nutrient content is higher, and it is kitniyot-free and can therefore be enjoyed on Passover! Take the extra minute to decorate your glasses as shown for a show-stopping treat.
6 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup Gefen Roasted Blanched Almond Butter (plus extra, optionally, to garnish)
Gefen Almond Brittle, to garnish (optional)
In a blender, combine ice cream, milk, and almond butter on high speed until thoroughly mixed and frothy.
To garnish as shown, dip the rim of an empty glass into a small, shallow plate of almond butter. Turn upright and fill with milkshake. Sprinkle with almond brittle.
