Almond Butter Milkshake

Arrow

This milkshake is almost identical to a peanut butter milkshake, but with a few distinctions: the flavor is nuttier, the nutrient content is higher, and it is kitniyot-free and can therefore be enjoyed on Passover! Take the extra minute to decorate your glasses as shown for a show-stopping treat.

Directions

Prepare the Milkshake

1.

In a blender, combine ice cream, milk, and almond butter on high speed until thoroughly mixed and frothy.

2.

To garnish as shown, dip the rim of an empty glass into a small, shallow plate of almond butter. Turn upright and fill with milkshake. Sprinkle with almond brittle.

Notes:

Milkshake recipes often recommend serving immediately. I was pleasantly surprised when this milkshake was still frothy and delicious after sitting in the fridge overnight! If you decide to make it in advance, garnish just before serving.
