Even though this sounds like a typical cabbage salad, it’s not. The combination is great and the pasta brings it up to a different level.
1/2 package Gefen Angel Hair Pasta (8 ounces), cooked and drained according to package directions, cooled completely
1 bag shredded red cabbage
handful of scallions, chopped
1/4 cup oil, such as Gefen Canola
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup Gefen Vinegar
1 teaspoon Gefen Mustard
1 teaspoon Haddar Salt
In a large bowl, combine pasta, cabbage, and scallions.
In a small container, mix together dressing ingredients.
Pour dressing over salad and toss right before serving.
