Even though this sounds like a typical cabbage salad, it’s not. The combination is great and the pasta brings it up to a different level.

Ingredients

Salad

  • 1/2 package Gefen Angel Hair Pasta (8 ounces), cooked and drained according to package directions, cooled completely

  • 1 bag shredded red cabbage

  • handful of scallions, chopped

Dressing

Directions

1.

In a large bowl, combine pasta, cabbage, and scallions.

2.

In a small container, mix together dressing ingredients.

3.

Pour dressing over salad and toss right before serving.
