6 ounces vanilla cookies, crumbled
4 ounces ground walnuts
4 ounces butter, melted
16 ounces whipped cream cheese
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon Gefen Vanilla Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Heaven & Earth Lemon Juice
Combine ingredients and divide into two parts.
Press one part into bottom of nine inch pan. Reserve remaining half for top.
Blend ingredients for cheesecake. Pour over crumbs.
Sprinkle reserved crumbs over cheese cake and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 minutes. Chill thoroughly before serving.
