Apple and Apricot Challah Kugel

Ingredients

Kugel

  • 1 medium challah, soaked, squeezed, and crust removed

  • 5 eggs

  • 3 Granny Smith apples, grated

  • 3 tablespoons apricot jam, such as Tuscanini Apricot Fruit Spread

Directions

Prepare the Kugel

1.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.

2.

Pour mixture into nine- x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over kugel.

3.

Bake for one hour at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
