1 medium challah, soaked, squeezed, and crust removed
5 eggs
3 Granny Smith apples, grated
3 tablespoons apricot jam, such as Tuscanini Apricot Fruit Spread
3/4 cup oil
1/2 package Gefen Instant Vanilla Pudding
2 teaspoons Gefen Vanilla Sugar
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
Pour mixture into nine- x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over kugel.
Bake for one hour at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
