I created this recipe from pulling apart many recipes. All my friends have this recipe and all my recipe chats. It’s even gotten to Israel.
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3 tablespoons sugar
5 apples, peeled
2 tablespoons apricot butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup oil
Preheat oven to 350F.
Spray a 10″ round oven to table dish with cooking spray and sprinkle bottom with cinnamon and sugar.
Place apples on top of sugar, mix apricot butter into apples.
Combine sugars and flour then add oil till it forms a crumb topping and put on top of apples.
Bake at 350 for 90 minutes.
Serve warm.
