6 eggs
1 and 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1/4 cup orange juice
1 vanilla sugar
3 cups flour
3 teaspoons Haddar Baking Powder
9 Cortland apples, sliced
1 teaspoon Gefen Cinnamon
5 tablespoons sugar
2 ounces margarine
1/4 cup sugar or brown sugar
3/4 cup flour
Beat eggs with sugar, then reduce mixer speed.
Alternate liquids with dry ingredients. Pour into 10- by 16-inch pan.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix apples with cinnamon and sugar. Spread over cake batter.
Mix margarine, sugar, and flour until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples.
Bake at 350 for one hour and 10 minutes.
