3 cups Tuscanini Flour
1 egg
3/4 cup oil
1 cup sugar
1 package (1 tablespoon) vanilla sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
10 small apples, peeled and sliced
cinnamon (to sprinkle)
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup Tuscanini Apricot Fruit Spread
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
In a large bowl, mix together all the crumb ingredients.
Press half of the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan.
Mix half of the sliced apples with cinnamon and sugar. Spread this mixture over the crumb layer in the pan.
Lightly sprinkle a bit more crumb mixture over the apples.
Mix the remaining apples with the apricot jam. Layer this over the pan.
Sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture on top.
Bake for one hour or until golden brown.
