Applesauce Sorbet

  • 5 cups strawberry applesauce

Directions

Take one large jar of strawberry applesauce and spread in a cake pan. Put in freezer overnight.

Once you are ready to serve, break up frozen applesauce with a fork (it will look like slush) or puree in a blender to smooth. Serve in a bowl with cinnamon sticks to garnish. You can add honey to top for additional flavor.

Notes:

Any flavor applesauce will work as well.
