Ingredients

For the Jam

  • 3.5 ounces (100 grams) dried apricots (about 1/2 cup)

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup water

Directions

Make the Jam

1.

Mix all ingredients together in a small saucepan.

2.

Allow to simmer over medium-low heat for about an hour, stirring occasionally.

3.

Blend using an immersion blender for a smooth jam.
