Perfect for Chinese dinner night. Kids love it because it’s on a stick!
1/4 cup canola or avocado oil
1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
2 TBS soy sauce
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
1/4 cup chicken broth
1 tsp fresh ground ginger
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 onion chopped
2 lbs thinly sliced steak (the ones labeled as pepper steak, not stir fry)
Combine all ingredients except meat to make marinade.
Skewer meat onto bamboo skewers, about 2 each.
Lay in a glass casserole and pour marinade over meat. Cover with plastic and marinate in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Grill on both sides.
