3 tablespoons oil, divided
2 cups frozen broccoli cuts
3/4 pound ground beef
prepared brown rice
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Glicks Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Gefen Sesame Oil
Gefen Sesame Seeds, to garnish
scallions, to garnish
Microwave rice for three or four minutes (depending on the strength of your microwave) according to package instructions. Season with salt to taste.
Heat a sauté pan with one tablespoon of oil. Add broccoli and sauté for a few minutes, until warmed through. Season with salt to taste.
Add remaining oil to pan. Add ground beef and cook, smashing with a large fork to brown. Meat should be cooked in four to five minutes. Stir together brown sugar, soy sauce, and sesame oil and stir into meat.
Assemble the bowl. Add rice to the bottom and top with meat and broccoli. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions to garnish.

Yum! Made this tonight, it came out perfect. Great flavor and filling. I did end up using 1/4 cp white sugar instead of brown and left out sesame oil (I sprinkled sesame seeds instead ).
