1 pound chicken cutlets
1/2 cup flour or white whole-wheat flour
3/4 cup light soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 tablespoons Gefen Olive Oil
4 cloves garlic
dash of salt
dash of black pepper
1/2 pound sugar snap peas
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place chicken in a zip-top bag. Add flour and shake to coat the cutlets.
Remove cutlets and place in a baking pan.
Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Pour over cutlets. Cover and bake for 40 minutes.
Uncover. Top with sugar snap peas and bake, uncovered, for an additional 15 minutes. Serve hot.

Freezer? Hi, we love this recipe. Can it be frozen? At what point, and how to defrost/reheat? Thank you!
Hi- I would fully cook it and then freeze it. Defrost it straight into a pan to re-heat.
