1 pound ground chicken
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup scallion, minced
3 tablespoons ginger, minced or 3 cubes Dorot Gardens Frozen Ginger
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
chili-garlic sauce, Gefen Duck Sauce, or peanut sauce, for serving
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large bowl, gently mix all ingredients together. With your hands, gently form into one- and- a- half-inch balls and arrange on a Gefen Parchment-lined baking sheet in one layer. Spray meatballs with non-stick cooking spray or brush with canola oil.
Bake for 13 minutes. Serve with store-bought Asian-chili sauce or peanut sauce.
