1/2 cup oil
1 teaspoon Haddar Teriyaki Sauce
1 teaspoon rosemary
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon Gefen Parsley
1/2 teaspoon Pereg Paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 heads garlic, peeled
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a small bowl or cup, whisk together all ingredients except garlic.
Cut a square of aluminum foil and lay flat. Place garlic in the center and bring up the sides to form a bowl. Place in a small pan to catch any leaking oil.
Pour oil mixture over garlic and wrap up foil to seal the top.
Bake for one hour.

This recipe is wonderful for anyone just wanting more flavor in a garlic confit. I have made several types of confit and never thought of adding more flavor to a garlic confit. I have now used this for a year and switch the basil for oregano, add a dried chili pepper, use avocado oil and other experiments.
The flavored oil is great to fry a variety of things in, too – don’t discard it! Keep it in the fridge and use it!
