I knew I couldn’t do just another mustard dressing, but in my opinion, every hot
pretzel needs mustard. So here is a new spin on mustard dressing that will take
your pretzel to the next level.
Yields 1/2 pound (225 grams)
1/2 cup Gefen Honey
1/4 cup Haddar Dijon Mustard
2 tablespoons Gefen Vinegar
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon oil
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
Place all the ingredients into a one-pound container and cover. Shake until fully combined.
Store in the fridge for up to one week.
