As I was dropping off my food at the BBQ shoot, Faigy Cohen, the food stylist, mentioned that they needed a condiment for the fried onion rings. Her son watched my kids outside as I ran in and whipped up what my family calls “money hustard.” It’s simple but delicious and easy to make. It works as a dipping sauce or salad dressing and lasts a really long time, so it’s great to keep on hand in the fridge.
1 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
3/4 cup Gefen Mustard
3/4 cup Gefen Honey
Mix all ingredients until smooth. For easier measuring, spray the measuring cup with Pam before measuring honey. Store in the refrigerator.
