Asian Style Gefilte Fish Patties

Prepare the Gefilte Fish Patties
Using a gloved hand, mash up fish patties.
Mix well with ginger, garlic, green onion, soy sauce, 1/3 cup panko, two tablespoons sesame seeds, lime/lemon zest and mint.
Form into nine to 10 small patties.
Mix together remaining panko and sesame seeds. Dip each patty into panko and sesame mixture.
Heat oil over medium-high heat. Fry patties until lightly browned on both sides. Serve with spicy mayo.
