Ingredients

Avocado Dressing

  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pit removed

  • 3/4 cup water

  • 1/4 cup wine, such as Baron Herzog Pinot Grigio (or water, if you don’t want the wine flavor)

Directions

1.

In a blender or food processor, blend avocado, water, wine, lemon juice, and salt until creamy. Add extra water, a bit at a time, if the dressing is too thick.

2.

Transfer to a jar and store in the refrigerator.
