Yields about 1 cup
1/3 cup non-dairy sour cream
1/2 ripe avocado
1/4 cup Gefen Mayonnaise
1/4 cup fresh checked parsley
1/4 cup fresh checked dill
1 tablespoon chopped fresh checked chives
1 tablespoon Gefen Vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Use an immersion blender to purée all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
